Mark has more than 100 projects worth of experience. Joining a facade company when he was 15, he quickly built his career in the industry—establishing his own contracting company, winning projects with great value propositions, and assembling a team to construct some of the tallest building facades in Sydney.
Jurgen is a comedian who speaks sarcasm fluently. (A little too well, according to some.) Is he a cleaner? Or is he the Project Operations Leader who likes to make a point that he’s always cleaning up other people’s messes? We may never know.
Colin is an engineering problem solver, and is always ready with practical and economical solutions. When he’s not busy keeping on top of each project’s intricate details or checking compliance, you’ll find him discussing complicated engineering theory or single-malt whisky with reluctant listeners.
Jheck brings extensive design skills to facade details, working on 3D modelling facade systems and exterior components. For Jheck, the only thing better than looking at the completed buildings he’s worked on is rocking out with his favourite guitar music while doing it.
Lachlan ensures there are no facade defects (which takes more than just spray paint). He believes facades are the most interesting part of construction. They’re certainly the most visible. And you can see his work on some of the biggest projects in Sydney!
Samuel coordinates with installers and builders to ensure every project gets built. He can stay level-headed in stressful situations (perhaps that’s why he claims to be a cyborg) and likes the satisfaction of seeing his hard work come to life.
Paul is the expert mathematician who makes sure your facade is robust and weatherproof. Growing up on a farm, high-rise buildings amazed him. And they still do. Workwise, he’s interested in green and renewable energy designs. Outside of work, he’s into Overwatch and ‘nerdy stuff’.
Good at dealing with construction site pressure, Victor is the go-to person for coordinating on site with subcontractors, liaising with builders, and ensuring the site is safe. Victor is a team player and a Bunnies fan—he’ll take rugby over AFL any day.
Gavin has experience in both architectural design and construction management, with lots of accreditations to back him up! He enjoys building relationships through collaboration, values design excellence, and is particularly skilled at anything in 3D.
Michael is all for team camaraderie. As well as liaising with builders, subcontractors and suppliers, he puts out metaphorical fires while keeping everyone on-site on task. He’s knowledgeable about machinery and equipment for specialised works and keeps up with all the latest tools.
Richard oversees all stages of a project, from design to installation. He has a keen interest in architect-designed buildings and changing the skyline with a masterpiece. With a ‘work hard, play hard’ mentality, Richard gets the work done and then (apparently) relaxes with a bottle of 2010 Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine.
Sam works on curtain walls and specialised facade projects - combining aspects of architecture, computational analysis, and environmental science. He sees facade design as one of the most creative engineering disciplines. Beyond facades, Sam is interested in art, 'good' music, and herbaceous perennials.
Michael looks after the team throughout the design, fabrication, logistics and installation stages. He’s been part of the building and construction industry since he was a teen and takes special pride in seeing the public enjoy and photograph his projects.
Tim does it all—managing the site, budgets and claims, suppliers, subcontractors, safety documentation and stakeholder meetings. He’s got a particular interest in glass since he started in the glazing industry. Tim’s the guy you pass on the street yelling, “See that building? I built that!”
